• Can I be part of both the CJ Affiliate Program and the Dynadot Ambassador Program?

  No, you must choose one of the programs to participate in.

• How are commissions tracked and paid in the Ambassador Program?

  Commissions are tracked through your Dynadot account. You can request a payout at any time within your account, with payouts made via PayPal or bank wire transfer.To request a payout, follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot Account Navigate to your user control panel. In the sidebar, select "Tools", then select "Ambassador Program". On the Ambassador Program Summary, navigate to the "Balance" section and click on "Request Payout". Confirm your payout method and submit your request. Please allow 3-5 days for your request to process.

• How do I sign up for the Dynadot Ambassador Program?

  You can apply for the Dynadot Ambassador Program by signing up through your Dynadot account. Sign in to your Dynadot Account Navigate to your user control panel. In the sidebar, select "Tools", then select "Ambassador Program". Click on the "Join Ambassador Program" button. Complete your application and submit. Your application may take 3-5 days for review.

• Why wasn’t my CJ Affiliate Application approved?

  Your application may have been denied for reasons such as: Use of prohibited promotional methods Poor website quality or functionality issues Other reasons at Dynadot's discretion

• How do I check my performance and earnings in the Ambassador dashboard?

  You can track clicks, conversions, and earnings directly in the Dynadot Ambassador dashboard within your Dynadot account.To view your performance, follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot Account Navigate to your user control panel. In the sidebar, select "Tools", then select "Ambassador Program". On the Ambassador Program Summary, you will see a dashboard with your affiliate data.

• What is the Dynadot Ambassador Program?

  The Dynadot Ambassador Program is our in-house affiliate program. It allows you to earn commissions for referring customers to Dynadot using unique tracking links that can be managed directly from your Dynadot account.

• What commission structure does the Ambassador Program use?

You cannot: Use Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Search AdsBid on Dynadot trademarks, brand terms, or variations in search ads Use Dynadot's name, brand terms, or URLs in display URLs Alter or misuse Dynadot's branding, logos, or marketing materials Use unauthorized coupons or promotional codes
