We had some issues with WHM and it resulted in losing our CSR. Is it possible to update our SSL Certificate to use another? Or new CSR?

You can retrieve your CSR from your Dynadot account.  To retrieve your CSR, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Dynadot account.
2. Click on the "SSL" tab.
3. Under the "Ssl Host" column, click on the host name of the CSR you want to retrieve.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your CSR.
