Prepay not credited to my account

So $xx.xx has left my paypal balance (NOT credit card) but hasn't been credited to my account.

Please sort it out as soon as possible, the whole idea to use prepay is to avoid waiting issues when registering domains.

We have credited your prepay account, sorry for the delay.

September 7 was an American Holiday and our offices were closed.
