Order Status: Problem

We are in the process of purchasing a premium domain. We spent time pre-loading our account and we have waited around 6 working days.

Our order now states Status: Problem. This is pretty worrying and not helpful. We have asked for a call to help explain the current status, we were told by chat that they can't help and we've now emailed orders@... still no response.

Please advise asap.
