A fix was recently applied over the weekend. Can you please confirm if this problem is still occurring in Vista / IE 7? Thank you.

I think it is Vista related.

Yep...definitely seems an issue...
Under Vista & IE 7 -- this link on the frontpage...

...doesn't work (just reloads the about.htm page in marketplace)...
