We are having issues with our FTP servers. The problem happens when your FTP client tries to do a file listing after logging in. We are working on it, and they should be back online on Monday.
This only affects our webhosting customers. Sorry for the inconvenience.
It appears the FTP problem has been fixed. Both passive and active connections should work now. Please let us know if you are still unable to use the FTP server.
Ok, we have located the problem but have not fixed it yet.
There is a workaround however. If you set your FTP client to use "Passive" connections, then it will work right now. Otherwise we should have a fix for active connections soon.
