Use of '@' for dynadot

Hi,

I am transferring a number of .im domains into Dynadot.

Some of the records in my old provider have "@" as their entry for TXT/SPF and MX records. But this isn't supported by Dynadot.

What shall I do instead?

In case anyone else is having the same issues:
“@” just means that you need to enter the DNS record under “Domain Records (required)” section at the top (as opposed to the “Subdomain Records (optional)” section at the bottom).
The “@” does not need to be entered at all.
