Are settings such as DNS/NS transferred when you do a domain push to a new account?

I'm looking to transfer some domains from one dynadot account to another and I'm wondering if the DNS/NS settings will transfer with the domains or whether they'll need added again in the new account. Thanks.

Hello,

We sincerely apologise for the delayed response!

Unfortunately, I am afraid that at the moment Custom DNS settings do not usually carry over when a domain is moved from one Dynadot account to another.

For your convenience, please find the link to the help file which outlines the entire process below.

How do I initiate a change ownership request if I am the current owner (domain push)?

However, if you are pushing a domain name to one of your sub accounts then you would have the option of retaining the current DNS or Name Server settings. There's some more information about sub accounts in this help file:

Have a lovely day!
