No value there are plenty of lower TLD's CCtld's in more specific and generic terms with higher search volumes not regged also think about other forms of advertising ‘ i’e radio hyphens etc don’t work to well ? what would be the point of developing a name when the higher tld could start up and pinch all  your traffic… Think end user development of a domain is normally its biggest cost…? Who would buy it, check out what the other domain extension’s are doing if there all up for sale chance’s are no one would buy the lower ones
