I am having an issue and wanted to chat with someone. I clicked the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page, and saw a green "Chat with us now" button. I clicked it. I then filled in the form in the pop-up, taking my time to properly describe the issue I am having. Once completed, I clicked the green "Initiate Chat" button only to then be told Chat was busy.
I then looked at other support options. I noticed the "SUPPORT" drop-down at the top of the page, and moused-over it. Here, the "Chat" button is greyed out and says, "Chat: Busy".
Please use the same functions from the drop-down menu in your main Contact Us page so users do not waste their time.
