How do I open a support ticket?

I'm trying to contact support and seems pretty impossible. On my tickets page there is no open a ticket button like expected. The live chat is busy.

I need assistance.

Tickets are created by our support staff when the issue is not completely resolved upon first contact. However, we do also have alternate contact methods, in case live chat happens to be busy.

My Website Rhythm2home.com is not working. Also no support on Sunday. How to deal with dynadot in future.

Same here.
P.S. I get a reponse in support chat. There is no open ticket feature anymore. They open a ticket for you in case the issue has not been resolved right there.
Also you can send an email here https://www.dynadot.com/community/about/contact.html if you prefer non-realtime interaction.
