Too many request blocked

Hi,

We are trying to acquire 3-5 domains every day. We run parallel API of yours and namecheap.

For some reason at the first moment the api hits, it says to many requests and ban the account for 10 minutes.

I am not able to understand how to go about it.

Can we only send a request of 1 domain at 1 time.

Is there a specific metrics of What frequency is allowed. As this is hindering for both myself and you.

Also How does the account status makes a difference in this particular criteria.
