Why am I unable to renew my RapidSSL certificate?

We no longer partner with Rapid SSL. Your existing Rapid SSL certificate will continue to work until it expires, but our system will not allow you to submit a renewal for it.

We do support Alpha SSL certificates. If you still need an SSL, you can purchase a new Alpha SSL certificate.

We support both regular and wildcard SSL certificates from Alpha SSL. Alpha SSL offers customers 99% browser recognition, better security with a chained root certificate, fast issuance, and it meets NIST recommendations!
