CIRA, the central registry for .CA domains, requires all domain registrants to meet its Canadian Presence Requirements. As part of the registration process, you will be asked to complete your .CA registrant settings by selecting a Registrant Whois Type.
You're able to select one of the following Registrant Types within .ca setting page.
1. Individual Registrant Types
2. Non-Individual Registrant Types
Please note: If your selected Whois Type is "Corporation (Canada or Canadian province or territory)," the contact record name must reflect the full legal name of the corporation and include the jurisdiction of incorporation (e.g., Canada, Ontario, NWT), unless the jurisdiction is clearly identifiable from the corporation's name itself.
