How do I set up my email address on DynaMail app?

We support setting up Pro version email addresses on DynaMail app. To do so, please follow these steps:
Sign in to your Email plan and set up below settings:
- Enable Remote Access:
- Click on the Gear icon (General Settings) at the top of the left-side menu bar;
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, toggle "Remote Access Enabled" on and press the "Save" button.
- Create a Mailbox User:
- Click the People icon (Users) beside the Mailboxes section;
- Click "Create New User", enter the Username, Password and Name;
- Select the Personal Email (Note: It cannot be modified once it is set up.);
- Click "Create New User" to save.
Now, you can go to DynaMail app to log in:
- Open DynaMail app Sign In page on your phone.
- Enter the Personal Email and Password. Make sure to use the same password you set up for this User.
- Click the Sign In button to log in.
You are now able to use DynaMail app for sending and receiving emails. (Please kindly note that DynaMail app can only allow the users to access their Personal Email. If the user has other mailbox permissions, please log in through the webmail to check other mailboxes.)
