Dear Dynadot, What are the rules regarding exceeding bandwidth usage and storage limit? Do you charge extra fees per MB or do you freeze the hosting? If I reach the limit, should I upgrade to a bigger hosting plan?
I am far from the limit, but I wanted to know what your policy is on this in advance. Thanks.
In most cases we will not charge extra fees, but as our Service Agreement states, we do reserve the right to charge additional fees when going over the bandwidth and/or storage limits.
A 'bandwidth exceeded' page is displayed when the bandwidth limit is reached. You would need to renew the hosting with a larger plan to increase the limits.
