Hello all, Hired yesterday a new domain 'mynewdomain.com' with a Website Builder Pro plan, then half an hour later an email hosting from the same account to be able to use multiple mail accounts. From the beginning, before and after booking the email hosting plan, no 'Email' tab appears where the site's instructions say it should, at the Website Builder's 'Settings' area, so no email can be set up.
Additional info: mynewdomain.com domain email settings set to ‘Dynadot email hosting’ Website builder pro plan originally bought for mynewdomain.com now says ‘Domain not linked’?! Website builder ’Settings’ for ‘Domain’>‘Connect a domain you own’ set to mynewdomain.com No ‘Email’ tab appears at the ‘Settings’ area of Website Builder. mynewdomain.com set up in the same dynadot account as the website builder pro, hired simultaneously, backend editing currently updates online website allright. mynewdomain.com domain dns settings set according to the instructions at https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/connect-to-both-Website-Builder-and-Email-Hosting-DNS
Sooo... Found this, seems to be working: https://www.dynadot.com/community/help/question/create-email-in-email-hosting It is confusing because most searches on the issue take you to that alleged 'email' tab in the website builder 'settings' area, tab which as said above DOES NOT exist in our case. Hope this helps anyone should they find themselves in the same spot. Regards,
