How can I add the website?

I have a dynadot account, and I would like to build my website here, but in "Web hosting" ,the message is "There are no websites in this account.There are no DynaSites in this account." How can I add the websites and upload files to my folders there? Thanks.

Have you purchased web hosting not just a domain name

As hekler has asked, have you purchased a web hosting plan for your domain? You will need both a web hosting plan and a domain in order to build a website. Basically a domain name is like a mailing address while a web hosting plan provides the actual land space or "lot" at that address. You cannot have one without the other.
