I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I think there are few people that will see any value in those domains.
Having both the number and the hyphen really hurts the possible value.
I suggest using sites like Estibot.com to check domain values. Estibot almost OVERVALUES domains, but if you have a domain it says is worth over $1,000 then you should have something good. Under $500 it is probably not worth more than $10-$20.
Of course, the real key in selling a domain is to find the right buyer. Then they are the ones whose appraisal has real meaning. :-)
