Contacted support today and sent the chat agent this:
https://intodns.com/brealant.com (shows dns problems in the dynadot servers) The agent Tracy responded: 1. Seems the website works fine on our side now. 2. Yeah, but seems the DNS has resolved correctly and the website works fine on our side. (noting i never asked about my website)
Then asked her if there was a DNS support team. If there was a tech support team, she responded: "We are the tech support team"
LOL Not sure if dynadot is a good choice for our DNS. Maybe someone in the community can advise. Thanks!
