    • How do I set a signature for my email in my Email plan?

      Our Email plan is user-friendly and provides the flexibility to create domain email addresses, customize folders, access shared mailboxes, set up email forwarding, create unique signatures, and access a variety of other features. To create your email signature, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Email plan. Click on the "Settings" icon (the one that looks like a gear) in the top-left corner of the page, above the "Compose" button. Under "Mailbox Info," you'll see a box labeled "Signature". Type in the signature you want to show automatically at the bottom of emails you send. Click "Save" below to save your signature. You should see your signature show up when you hit "Compose" to create a new email and when you respond or forward emails.

    • How do I rename the email address under my free Email plan?

      You can rename the email address associated with your free Email plan from within your Email account. Please follow these instructions: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Emails" in the left-side menu. Click on the "Sign In" link on the right-side of the Email plan. A new page should load in a new browser window. Click on the "Settings" gear on the left to open up your mailbox settings. Find the "Modify Mailbox" section and edit your email address name. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes. Note: The maximum length of an email address is 25 characters. The only characters you can use in the email address are [a-z, 0-9, -, _, .]. The first character of the mailbox cannot be a number or "-, _, .".

    • How do I create a new user for my email plan?

      To create a new user for your Email plan, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Emails" from the left-side menu bar. Click on the "Sign In" link. A new browser window will open. Locate and click the Users icon in the middle-left section of the page. Click "Create New User" on the top right corner. (Note: A root user is already created by default.) Free email plan: 1 new user Pro email plan: up to 25 new users Enter the Username, Password and Name. Then select the Personal Email for the user. (Note: The Personal Email could also be used for the Dynamail app. It cannot be modified once it is set up.) You can also set access permissions to other mailboxes for the user by clicking on "Add Mailbox" under "Mailbox Permissions" section. Free email plan: 1 email address only Pro email plan: up to 25 email addresses Press the "Create New User" button to save your changes. Once created, the new user can sign in with the username and password using the signin link shown at the top of the page. How do I create domain email addresses in my Email plan?
