To add your US bank account to my Dynadot account, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Payments" from the left-side menu bar and click "Bank Accounts". On the next screen, click on the "Add Bank Account" button. In the next window click "Continue", then "Maybe later". Choose your bank in the list or enter it in the search field. Verify you're not a robot. Depending on the bank you choose, you may be asked to click on the "Continue to login" or enter your internet banking credentials directly. Follow the instructions and choose the account you're like to add. Once the account is added, a window will popup saying "Sucess. Your account has been successfully linked to Dynadot". Click on the "Continue" button, you will be brought back to the page and your bank account will show up. You will be able to use your bank account to register new domains, set your domains to Auto-renew, and pay for marketplace orders. Learn how to pay using a checking account/direct debit.
Yes, we accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies! We offer several options for paying with crypto: Bitcoin (BTC) via BTC: Use this option for exclusive Bitcoin payments. BitPay: Use BitPay for payments with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Coinbase Commerce: Another option for paying with various cryptocurrencies. Learn how to pay with Crypto! Crypto payments typically require up to 2 hours to confirm on the blockchain, but may sometimes take longer. Your order will begin processing after confirmation. NOTE: BitPay has a minimum order amount of $1.00 USD and a maximum of $100,000.00 USD. Other processors have no maximum limit. BTC only accept Bitcoin. Payment invoice is valid for 15 minutes. If the verification status for your checking account/direct debit account is "Unverified", we require you to complete the verification before we can accept payment from your checking account. You can verify your bank account information with one of the following options: Verify through email confirmation (default): Our system will send the verification link to the email address associated with your bank account. Verify through SMS verification: Our system will send the verification code to the mobile phone number associated with your bank account. Verify through upload validation document: You'll be asked to securely upload documents to verify your bank account. Please note this verification option requires manual review and may take longer to process. If you want to change the verification method, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Payments" from the left-side menu bar to access your Payment Center. Click on "Bank Accounts". Find the checking account you wish to verify and click on the "Unverified" status. Select your preferred verification method from the drop-down, then click on the "Send to Verify" button. Once you successfully verify, your verification status will change to "Verified" and you'll be able to pay with your checking account/direct debit! This payment type cannot be used for backorders or auction orders.
We offer two (2) options when paying with PayPal: PayPal One-time Payments: We'll redirect you to the PayPal site for secure login and payment, then send you back to our platform. This option is ideal for occasional transactions. PayPal Accounts: Link your PayPal account directly to our platform and eliminate the need to visit the PayPal site each time. This option is ideal for frequent transactions. Linking your PayPal account to our platform is easy. Please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Payments" from the left-side menu. Click on the "PayPal Account" option in the Payment Center. In the right-hand corner, select the currency you wish to use in the drop-down and then click on the "Add PayPal Account" button. You'll be redirected to the PayPal site to agree to link your PayPal account to our system. After you confirm, you'll be redirected back to our platform and we'll add the PayPal account to your Dynadot account. Once you successfully link your PayPal account, you can easily select your PayPal account as the payment option for any future orders without logging into your PayPal account. It's quite convenient! NOTES: We currently support USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, and MXN currencies for PayPal. Payments typically arrive instantly, but can sometimes take 1-5 business days.
If you no longer want your PayPal account linked to our platform, you can either remove it from within your Dynadot account or through your PayPal account. To unlink your PayPal account from within Dynadot, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "Payments" in the left-side menu. Click on the "PayPal Account" option in the Payment Center. Find the PayPal account you wish to remove and click on the "Manage Use" button. Click on the "Delete" button. To cancel through your PayPal account, please follow these steps: Sign in to your PayPal account. Go to "Settings" and then "Payments". Select "Automatic Payments" and click on the "Cancel" button. NOTE: Your PayPal account must not be connected to any auto-renew settings before it can be disconnected.
We're excited to announce we recently launched a new payment option, Mercado Pago for BRL (Brazilian Real) payment. To submit your Mercado Pago order, please follow these steps: Sign in your Dynadot account. Ensure that your currency is set to BRL. Submit your order from our platform and select "Mercado Pago" as your payment method. On the next page, you will see a button to copy the link or just click on the "here" button, both will take you to Mercado Pago where you will need to log in to your account and send us the payment. NOTE: In most cases, the payment is credited instantly but it can sometimes take 1-5 business days for the order to be processed. See all our payment options.
We're excited to offer Wise as a new, convenient payment option to make your transactions smooth! To place an order using Wise, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Set your currency to USD (U.S. Dollars), EUR (Euros), or GBP (British Pounds). Add items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button. On the Payment page, select "Wise" as your payment method and then click "Submit Order". You'll be taken to the order details page, where you can find the option to pay with Wise.
