I'm not quite sure if im in the right forum.. anyway would like to know how long the prepay payment usually process?

If you sent us an email a few hours ago, someone will respond to you before the end of the day.

i had a prepayment order
and i got an email in the next working day after my order saying the following with the reference of my order ...


email subject: Photo ID Verification (order ......) (account godofcod)
email body contains : To minimize fraud, sometimes we ask our customers to verify their identity. Please send us a copy of your photo ID (drivers license or passport).

1. Send by fax: +1-415-869-2893 (secure)
2. Send by email attachment: info@dynadot.com (not secure)

If we do not receive this within 2 days, we reserve the right to cancel your domain name or web hosting.

in the reply, i sent an attachment of my passport's scan, and it has been more than 24 hours, there is no progress nor reply,


and my concern is, what will happen to my verification and more alarming is the limit of 2 day is going to pass....
what i can do ?

for confirmation, i sent it again 3 hours ago and not reply yet...

It depends.

Some prepays go through instantly, others need to be approved by our staff or are waiting on verification.

If you place a prepay order during the workweek, your wait is usually less than 12 hours, though often times sooner.
