How do I withdraw my Dynadot account balance?

To withdraw your Dynadot account balance, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Dynadot account.
- Select "Payments" from the left-side menu bar and click "Payout Log" on the right.
- Select "Request Payout".
- If your account is locked, you will be prompted to unlock your account before proceeding. Unlocking your account will require you to enter your "Security PIN" (as well as a Token Code if you have set up Google Authenticator and/or an SMS Code if you have SMS set up).
- After entering the necessary information to unlock your account, click the "Unlock Account" button. This will take you back to the payouts page where you can enter the "Payout Amount" and select your preferred currency & payout method from the drop-down menu.
- Depending on the type of method you select, you may be prompted to submit additional information.
- Click the "Request Payout" button.
NOTE:
- If you select PayPal, there may be an additional fee. Unfortunately this is outside of our control and will be deducted from the payout amount. And please kindly note that Dynadot is not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by PayPal or any other payment method providers.
- Please check our Payout Policy to ensure your account is eligible for a payout.
