Can not receive email !!!
Hi, Please i have a problem with one of my email account. amanien@ndbdeveloppement.org The account can send email but can not receive. Please can u help me ? The client is using outlook express Thanks

Good evening, After changing to a new computer with windows 8, I am trying to set everything correct for outlook 2010 but somehow I am unable to receive mail, but I am able to send mail. people that are trying to send me an email get the following response; This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server. xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com When I do a test run for the incoming POP and outgoing SMTP mail it is not giving me any error. Can you tell us which domain/address you're having trouble with? If possible, please email screenshots of your mail client settings to support@dynadot.com so we can troubleshoot the issue.
