The account can send email but can not receive.

The client is using outlook express

hello, I can send emails but my webmail isnt recieving any even if I just reply to the email that was successfully sent

Can you tell us which domain/address you're having trouble with? If possible, please email screenshots of your mail client settings to support@dynadot.com so we can troubleshoot the issue.

Good evening,

After changing to a new computer with windows 8, I am trying to set everything correct for outlook 2010 but somehow I am unable to receive mail, but I am able to send mail.

people that are trying to send me an email get the following response;

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server.

xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com

When I do a test run for the incoming POP and outgoing SMTP mail it is not giving me any error.

I hope you can help me.
