First the features STOP working across all browsers and DynaDot closes tickets WITHOUT fixing anything. Then they shut down phone support, and CHAT is "busy" - IE: NOT working. Websites look fine in the Website builder but look completely different ONLINE!! Clearly it is time to exit DyndaDot and find a new provider for simple website and URL purchases. Whatever failures are occurring at DynaDot are HUGE and unacceptable and the fact you can't reach a human being at all is a reason to RUN to another company. GoDaddy - you're looking better and better!!!

I purchased a couple of domains and I was forced to transfer them to dynadot to get access to them. I wish I didn't accept this. There's no customer service, chat can't help without talking to account management. Account management is only via email and they are only based in US Pacific time (I'm in the UK). They only read one email and do not have a ticketing system so all replies are a first reply, and they are all canned replies, I have been trying to regain control of my domains for the past 3 weeks unsuccessfully as they will not engage with me to resolve the issue
I had been using the email service (paid) for a year and a half, then they changed the rules to only provide this service if I move my domain from another registrar to theirs (in the middle of my service which was paid until May) - so all my email stopped on Feb 1st, as a result. I went to another email provider. They won't be getting any more of my money!!!
