Unfortunately, we cannot transfer account credit from one person's account to another's. We suggest that you consider using an escrow service to deal with this.
As for moving a domain between accounts, you can do that using our Change Ownership (push) feature:

Agreed. Having a domain sales section on the forum makes no sense when there are alot of people from different countries that cannot use paypal, which is the universal payment method for domain names. Being able to transfer account credit would be great.

And about payment methods we can use moneybookers , it is the same as paypal and have another methods like western union , bank transfer , cashu card and check .
